Colormetry Hardness Detector

Prevent water hardness damage to your boiler with Miura’s Colormetry Hardness Detection System.

The Miura Colormetry Hardness Detection System is your first line of defense, providing early warning of hardness leakage before damage occurs. Water hardness levels are typically checked manually through the use of chemical reagents, but such measurements are time-consuming and can result in incorrect readings. Colormetry solves all these problems by offering automated reagent injection, mixing, and evaluation integrated into the boiler control system.

Colormetry continuously monitors your system every 30 to 240 minutes, detecting hardness levels as low as 1 ppm. It triggers immediate corrective actions, such as regenerating the MW softener or increasing blowdown, to effectively prevent scale buildup.
